CONE LAMPSHADE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE…
I bought a Large Cone Lampshade from this company and asked for a refund when I found the product to be SMALL, flimsy and unsubstantial, not a proper lampshade at all and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Also the Max wattage is 25 WATTS which is useless, nowhere does it state this fact on the website. The Customer service is appalling, after about five emails and lying to me they finally said I could return it and get my postage back. However, because of it's flimsiness it will cost me too much to package so I'm now left with it. Don't waste your money with this company.

multiple missed calls from them
I received multiple missed calls from the Covent Garden branch/franchise, I have never been to the store or the website, when I returned the calls out of curiosity I was very curtly told they didn't call me, it was like a Monty Python sketch in fact, "yes you did" "no we didn't" "well I wasn't aware the company existed until I returned your call" perhaps you had better shure up your phone security so as to stop harassing people, even if by accident.

Enticingly cute products but poor craftsmanship
What a disappointment. I purchased three items from Sass & Belle, each of them broke in matter of days. Although I successfully contacted them, they directed me back to the shop where I purchased the items reassuring me the vendor will contact them to take care of these items. The vendor replied apologetically that Says & Belle refused to take care of any of the broken items, citing that there have not been enough complaints for the defective items. Months later I am still irked by this leading me to write this negative review.

Dire customer service experience
I ordered (as part of a larger order ) 2 mugs - a hubby and a wifey mug as part of a wedding present for my niece. When they arrived I had received 2 hubby mugs instead !!! I have contacted. Sass and Belle FIVE times now by email and have received NO reply back. They do however, keep sending me offers via email to purchase more goods from them !!! As if I would be tempted when their customer service is so dire ! So now I have no gift to give and I am stuck with TWO mugs . I do NOT recommend ?
In response to sass and Belle each time I have used the email address they have provided and yet again a few hours ago ! Still no response ?
Response obtained and informed all my emails went to junk ! Obliged with offer to send the appropriate mug to me and a £10 online voucher . Thank you Case closed

Defective item but resolved quickly. Great customer support.
Purchased a plant mister from a stockist in Belfast. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the mechanism. Got in touch with Sass & Belle and they quickly resolved the matter in the way of a goodwill gesture/electronic voucher. Thank you for responding so quickly to the emails. It is good support like this that ensures customers return.

Complete waste of money!
I have bought 2 Sass & Belle drinks bottles, the second they a dropped from a foot height they shatter!
Clearly no quality control testing done on these products.
Complete waste of money & a very upset Grandaughter who loved the tractor design but never again, wasted £10 & both drink bottles lasted 2 days!

I'm so disappointed
I'm so disappointed. I ordered a mug and a bowl as gifts for this Thursday. The mug arrived yesterday and the glaze is flawed on the handle. The bowl arrived today and there is a really large flaw in the glaze on this too. It's so disappointing to pay the full price for items that are clearly 'seconds'.
I have lost faith in this company
I have lost faith in this company. Looking at their gift range now after receiving thd latest email I have noticed the prices are ridiculously high for the quality they are offering. £18 for a hot water bottle when you can buy similar items for half that price from other retailers. I have bought items from the 3/2 Christmas range previous, but looking around on the internet you could buy three cheaper for similar items. Just shop around.

342 offer a disgrace
I ordered 6 items from their 342 Christmas bauble range. After paying I noticed the discount was short of what I calculated it to be. Emailed them and asked if they could refund me the £3 difference. They refused and initially made out their offer doesn't work for 3 of the same item. I sent them a screenshot of an example from their website that it does. They then proceeded to show me what was discounted, which I already pointed out to them. Asked to speak to a manager - this was ignored. So cancelled my order. Not giving the customer the better deal of a 342 offer is a disgrace. Will never buy from them again. I will look elsewhere for items for my shop.

SEND YOU SHODDY, TORN GOODS
I recently ordered three item from these jokers at a cost of £26.45. One was a £9.50 fairy mouse Christmas tree decoration. The mouse arrived totally squashed and distorted, one of the wings was torn and the star on the wand was bent up and folded, as was the mouse's ears. They have the nerve to send me an email stating that my "shiny new things are on the way", then they knowingly send me shoddy, torn goods at not inconsiderable cost. This is the second time this company have sent me damaged goods. Last year I bought a similar felt Christmas tree item from them. That too arrived squashed and torn and not reflecting the images on their website. I let it go last year as an unfortunate one-off, but it seems this is the way they do business with customers. Fool them into thinking what they are buying will look like the photos they show on their website, then send you rubbish. Avoid this company.

I wrote a review about a sloth glasses case , soon got a reply from Sass and Bell saying they would happily replace the faulty one. I now have my new one so thank you replacing it so promptly .

Very poor customer service
We received a few faulty products and damaged gift boxes, which is fine. However, we were told by customer service that the products are at low price point, if we are looking for perfection, we should buy from somewhere else. That's what we have to do.
